4. USER REGISTRATION

You may be required to register to use the Services. Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for all activity under your account. We may remove or reclaim usernames that are inappropriate or objectionable.

5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are in US dollars. You agree to provide current and accurate purchase and payment information. We may change prices at any time. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Billing and Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled. You consent to recurring charges without prior approval for each charge.

Free Trial: We offer a 90-day free trial to new users. Your account will not be charged until you upgrade to a paid plan at the end of the trial.

Fee Changes: We may change subscription fees from time to time and will communicate changes in accordance with applicable law.

7. SOFTWARE

Software included with our Services is provided under any accompanying EULA, or otherwise under a non-exclusive, revocable, personal, non-transferable license to use the software solely in connection with our Services. All software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data to build collections, databases, or directories without written permission
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users
• Circumvent or disable security features of the Services
• Use data obtained from the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Upload viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious material
• Use any automated system, spider, robot, scraper, or offline reader to access the Services
• Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any Services software
• Attempt to impersonate another user or person
• Use the Services to compete with us or for any commercial enterprise without our approval
• Sell or transfer your profile

9. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

If you create or submit any content through the Services, you represent and warrant that your Contributions do not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights; are original or properly licensed; are not false, misleading, obscene, or harassing; and do not violate any applicable law or any person's privacy rights.

10. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

You retain full ownership of your Contributions and associated intellectual property rights. By submitting feedback or suggestions, you agree we may use and share them for any purpose without compensation to you. We are not liable for statements or representations in your Contributions.

11. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT

The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We do not investigate, monitor, or check these for accuracy and are not responsible for any third-party content, privacy practices, or products. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.

12. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right to monitor the Services for violations; take appropriate legal action against violators; restrict, disable, or remove content at our discretion; and manage the Services to protect our rights and ensure proper functioning.

13. PRIVACY POLICY

If you access from a region with different privacy laws, you consent to having your data transferred to and processed in the United States.

Binding Arbitration: If informal negotiations fail, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration will take place in Delaware. You waive the right to a jury trial and class action proceedings.

Exceptions: The following are not subject to arbitration: disputes seeking to enforce intellectual property rights; allegations of theft, piracy, or invasion of privacy; and claims for injunctive relief.

Time limit: Any dispute must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action arose.

WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT; PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE; UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS; ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION; ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR TROJAN HORSES TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE SERVICES; OR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT.

20. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO THE CAUSE OF ACTION.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of any third party's rights.
